Cashew Butter
Cashew Butter is a creamy paste of cashews which is high in protein , unsaturated fat and Vitamin B . The creamy paste is really delicious.
Prep Time 3 minutes minutes Total Time 3 minutes minutes
- 250 gms cashews
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch salt
Roast the cashews at 180 degrees for 3-4 minutes .
Add the cashews to a mixer grinder and pulse in short bursts till oil comes out .
Add a pinch of salt and sugar and pulse again .
One can adjust the salt and sugar as per choice.
