Preheat the oven to 175 deg C.
Grease and line a cake tin .
Sift flour , sugar , cocoa , baking powder and baking soda .
Mix oil , milk , curd and vanilla .
Mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients till well incorporated .
Heat 1:4 cup of water and add 1/2 tsp of coffee .
Add this coffee to the cake batter and mix well .
At this point you can divide the cake between two tins . ( optional , I didn’t do )
Bake for 30 -40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean . ( this would depend on how thick your cake is .)
Invert the cake on a cooling rack and wait for it to come to room temperature .
You can now frost the cake .
