Warm a teaspoon of oil , add a pinch of turmeric and add kurmura .
Mix well and roast till crunchy .
Remove and keep aside .
Similarly roast the poha .
Mix it into the kurmura.
Dry roast the peanuts .
Deep fry the chopped green chillies and curry leaves .
Heat a tsp of oil and add whole coriander seeds , fennel seeds , daalia . Roast till you get a delicious aroma .
Switch off the flame and add the dry spices including salt and sugar .
Immediately add the roasted kurmura , poha, peanuts , cornflakes and the potato straws .
Add the fried curry leaves and chillies .
Give a few good mixes to the namkeen and it is ready to eat .
