Jowar Ladoo with Rose Petals
Jowar Ladoos with Rose Petals are ladoos made with Jowar or sorghum flour . These ladoos have the goodness of almonds and coconut .

- 3/4 cup Jowar flour
- 3 tbsp coconut powder
- 3 tbsp semolina
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp almonds powdered
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp dried rose petals powdered
- 1 tbsp ghee
- cup Milk as required 1/4
Add a tbsp if ghee to a frying pan .
Add Jowar flour and semolina and roast both the flours till the raw smell disappears .
Make sure you roast them on slow fire .
Remove from fire .
Add coconut powder, cardamom powder , almond powder and finally the dried rose petals .
Mix well .
Slowly start adding milk so that the mix comes together . Make sure the mix is still warm .
Bind into lemon sized balls .
Place them in cup cake liners and decorate as you please .
