Limbu Mari ne Sev
Limbu Mari ne Sev is a crunchy chickpea flour sev with the flavor of lemon and black pepper. It is one of a popular varieties of sev of Gujrat.

- 500 gms besan
- 3 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Big punch asafoetida
- Pinch baking soda
- oil for deep-frying
Dissolve soda bi carb in one cup water.
Mix all ingredients well and bind to a smooth dough using the soda bi carb water.
Put a handful of the dough into the Sev mould with the thin net .
Press Sev directly into the hot oil .
Fry till crisp on both sides .
Remove on an kitchen paper to remove excess oil .
Break into smaller pieces and let cool .
Store in an airtight jar .
