In a mixing bowl take flour.
Add butter and rub till it resembles bread crumbs.
Add salt , sugar , sesame seeds, coriander leaves, green chillies.
Adding milk knead to a stiff dough.
Flour the surface of the counter and roll the dough into 1/4” thick.
Cut into squares or any other desired shape.
Repeat with all the dough.
Prick these with a fork to avoid puffing up .
Preheat the oven at 180 deg C for 10mins. Meanwhile arrange the biscuits in a baking tray with butter paper.
Bake the biscuits for about 15-20 mins. Keep an eye after 15mins.
Once taken out of the oven, the biscuits are soft, when cooled down they become crispy.
