Mexican Fried Rice

Ingredients

cup
rice
cooked
1
tbsp
oil
1
small onion
finely chopped
1/4
cup
peppers
chopped ( red, yellow , green )
1/4
cup
corn kernels
boiled
3-4
cloves
garlic
finely chopped
Chilly flakes to taste
Salt to taste
oregano
Instructions
Heat oil .
Add garlic, sauté till pink.
Add onions and capsicum and sauté for a minute.
Add corn , rice , chilly flakes , oregano and salt to taste.
Toss well .
Serve hot .
