Mexican Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice cooked
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup peppers chopped ( red, yellow , green )
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels boiled
  • 3-4 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • Chilly flakes to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • oregano

Instructions

  • Heat oil .
  • Add garlic, sauté till pink.
  • Add onions and capsicum and sauté for a minute.
  • Add corn , rice , chilly flakes , oregano and salt to taste.
  • Toss well .
  • Serve hot .
