Add salt and turmeric and boil the soaked peas and sprouts to 2 whistles.
Roast the missal masala , adding a little water make a paste.
Heat oil .
Add onions and sauté till translucent.
Add tomatoes , cook till mushy .
Add all spices , the missal masala and mix well .
Add the boiled sprouts and peas.
Add water adjusting the consistency of gravy .
Simmer for 8-10 minutes .
Serve with pav and farsan.
