Mixed Fruit Trail Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds roasted
  • 1/2 cup pecans roasted
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios roasted
  • 1/2 cup peanuts roasted
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup apricots chopped
  • Handful candied hibiscus
  • 1/2 cup blueberry centred chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 170 C deg .
  • Roast all nuts till nice and crisp , it should take about 15 minutes, almonds take a few extra minutes .
  • Roast the seeds for just 5 minutes.
  • Mix nuts and seeds .
  • Let them come to room temperature , mix in the dried apricots and candied hibiscus.
  • Add in the chocolate .
  • Store in a airtight jar .
