Preheat the oven at 170 C deg .
Roast all nuts till nice and crisp , it should take about 15 minutes, almonds take a few extra minutes .
Roast the seeds for just 5 minutes.
Mix nuts and seeds .
Let them come to room temperature , mix in the dried apricots and candied hibiscus.
Add in the chocolate .
Store in a airtight jar .
