Moongfali ki Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh coriander
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • piece Smallginger
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Chop just the root of the coriander, wash and chop roughly along with the stems.
  • Chop the chillies and ginger roughly.
  • Add all the ingredients to a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste.
  • Add water to adjust the consistency.
  • Take a test check for salt and lemon, add if required.
