Munnakkaya Masala Kura
Loaded with minerals these drumsticks are cooked in a creamy cashew gravy.

- 2 pieces drumsticks cut into 2"
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Few curry leaves
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- Salt to taste
Paste
- 10-12 cashews
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp coconut grated
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- Water as required for making the paste
Heat oil . Add cumin seeds and curry leaves .
Add onion and sauté till light brown .
Add the drumsticks, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and one cup water.
Cover and cook till the drumsticks are 50% tender.
Add the prepared paste and half cup water .
Mix well and cook till the drumsticks are done .
