No Bake Oat meal cookies

Healthy, no bake cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 11/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3-31/2 cups quick rolling oats

Instructions

  • Add butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder in a pan .
  • Bring to a rolling boil .
  • Boil just for a minute.
  • Stir in the peanut butter , vanilla essence and the oats.
  • Line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Take a spoonful and drop on the parchment paper .
  • Gently pat with hands.
  • Let cool to set.
  • Wrap them in wrappers and store them in an airtight container .
  • Makes around 20 depending on the size .
