Nutty & Fruity Loaf
Nutty Fruity loaf is a loaf which is a perfect tea time or breakfast tea cake which is topped with nuts and preserved dried fruits .

- 1 can condensed milk 400 gms
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup oil / butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Few drops vanilla extract
- 200 ml drinking soda
- Coarsely pounded mixed nuts
- Candied peel & preserved fresh fruits
Sieve the flour , baking soda and baking powder.
Whisk oil, condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Mix the dry ingredients to the wet adding soda gradually, till you reach the batter consistency.
Beat well and pour in a lined and dusted loaf mould.
Sprinkle mixed nuts and chopped preserved fruits on top .
Bake at 180 deg C for 30 minutes.
