Soak the soyabean in hot water for 15 minutes.
Heat oil , add onions, sauté till pink .
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till the onions turn brown .
Add puréed tomatoes and cook till all moisture dries up .
Drain the water from soyabean and squeeze with hands to remove excess moisture .
Add the squeezed soybean and sauté well, till the raw smell of soya is gone. If very dry add some oil.
Add all spices including salt .
Cook with spices till the spices are cooked , about a minute .
Add water and adjust the gravy consistency.
Pressure cook for 2 whistles and then simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Open after the pressure is released.
Serve hot with rice or chapati.
