Takkali Salad
Takkali Salad is a salad made with tomatoes, onions and green chillies. The Kerala style salad is topped with coconut oil.
Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes chopped
- 5-6 pearl onions chopped
- 1-2 green chillies pounded
- leaves Few curry roughly torn
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except coconut oil. Keep covered for 15 – 20 minutes for the flavors to infuse .
- Add coconut oil before serving and mix well.
