Sieve the flour .
Add sugar and salt .
Rub in the ghee with fingertips so as to resemble bread crumbs .
Slowly add milk and bind to a semi soft dough .
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Remove and make balls from the dough.
Roll into a thin disc of about 6-8” .
Heat a ulta tawa and wipe it with a greased cloth .
Place the roti on the tawa .
Cook till the colour changes .
Flip and cook the other side .
Similarly cook the other rotis .
Apply ghee and serve with Kebabs .
