Roast the wheat flour , till aromatic and slightly brownish .
Roast oats till crisp , blend them in a mixer
Heat ghee add the edible gum , fry and transfer to a mixer and blend to get a coarse powder
Mix the wheat flour , oats powder and the edible gum powder and powdered sugar .
Add the mixed nuts , raisins, cardamom powder and melon seeds.
Warm ghee and start adding little by little . Bind the ladoos .
If you find the mix dry perhaps you can even add some warm milk for binding.
Once the ladoos are ready you can serve or store .
Mine were good for more than a month in the refrigerator
