Aatey jo Chilro

Aatey jo Chilro is a wheat flour crepe. These savoury crepes have herbs and spices and are served for breakfast in Sindhi homes .

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato finely chopped
  • 1 green chilly finely chopped
  • leaves Coriander
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix flour , onion , tomato , green chillies , coriander leaves and salt .
  • Add water gradually to get a dosa consistency batter .
  • Heat a non stick griddle .
  • Smear it with some oil .
  • Put a ladle ful of the prepared bater and spread in circular motion , just like a dosa .
  • Spray some oil over the chilro and some on the sides .
  • Let cook till it turns pinkish brown , then flip over and cook the other side .
  • Make the rest of Chilras in the similar manner .
