Almond Cranberry Bites

Almond Cranberry Bites are no cook mini vegan bites made with almonds , cranberries , dates and oats . They are nutritious and a perfect bite for anytime munch .

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process till it forms a thick lump .
  • Remove in a bowl and make lemon sized balls .
  • Store in a airtight container .
