Apricots, almonds, walnuts and flax seeds enrich this no cook energy ball, Perfect for breakfast or after a workout or just enjoy it as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Flax seed
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor, blitz till it all comes together .
  • Make lemon sized balls .
  • Store in a airtight container.
