Dahi Boondi Raita is a accompaniment which is made with whipped yogurt and tiny gram dumplings . Quick to make it is one of the favorite raita's of most people.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp boondi
  • red chilly powder
  • roasted cumin powder
  • black salt
  • Salt to taste
  • leaves Coriander and mint

Instructions

  • Soak the boondi in water for 10 minutes.
  • Whisk the yogurt and add 1/4 cup water .
  • Add salt and black salt .
  • Squeeze the water from the boondi and add to the whisked yogurt .
  • Mix well .
  • Sprinkle chilly powder , roasted cumin powder .
  • Garnish with coriander and mint leaves .
