Dalgona Coffee
Dalgona Coffee is a smooth, velvety and frothy coffee that is made by whipping coffee, sugar and water.

- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar or a little more
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 1 cup milk almond or soy milk for vegans
- Ice cubes optional
Mix coffee, sugar and boiling water in a bowl.
Whip the mix at high speed using a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
One can also use a whisk.
Beat until creamy and frothy.
If making cold coffee, use chilled milk and spoon the frothy coffee mix on top.
While making hot coffee use boiling milk and spoon the frothy coffee mix on top.
You can sprinkle cocoa powder or cinnamon powder before serving, which is completely optional.
