Dry Fruit aur Aatey ke Ladoo
Dry Fruit aur Aatey ke Ladoo is an Indian sweet that is made with wheat flour and a mix of nuts and dried fruits.

- 11/2 cups wheat flour
- 11/2 cups Boora khand powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup powdered nuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
Heat ghee .
Add the wheat flour and roast on slow heat .
Roast the flour till it lends a wonderful aroma and has turned to a nice pink .
Remove from fire and let cool for a while .
When the flour is still slightly warm add the powdered nuts ,raisins, cardamom powder and sugar .
Mix well .
Pinch out balls and make ladoos of the desired size .
