Gulab Nariyal Paani

Gulab Nariyal Paani is a refreshing drink made with the fresh water from the green coconuts . This tropical drink is further enhanced with rose petals and tender coconut meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 glass water from fresh tender coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut meat
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • Rose petals / rose buds to garnish
  • sugar optional

Instructions

  • Add coconut water and coconut meat to a blender and blitz for a second or two .
  • Add rose water and pour into a serving glass or bowl .
  • Garnish with rose petals .
  • If you feel the coconut is not sweet enough , you could add some sugar while blending.
  • Chill it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes .
