I love to serve this natural drink when I have guests . With the latest trend no one wants to indulge into soft drinks or sugary drinks . Coconut being naturally sweet is accepted very well , but if you give it a slight twist won’t it be a perfect drink to serve your guests ?
In this drink I have used the coconut water , a small part of coconut meat and given it a quick blend , just a few seconds . Add some rose water and some rose petals and serve . Trust me your guests will be more than pleased . The flavour and aroma of this coconut water is absolutely divine , heavenly .
I had made this while I made a Satvik Fariyali Thali , so presented it in a bowl to give it that rustic look but you could serve it in a nice glass and garnish with a rose bud , the drink will look exotic .
