Chop the fruits into small pieces .
Keep your mould ready , you could use a 7” cake tin or 5 muffin cups . I used muffin cups
Take a cooking pot and add lychee juice .
Add 11/2 tbsp agar agar powder , and stir it very well .
Keep it on medium flame and using a whisk , stir continuously till the juice comes to a boil .
Pour a tbsp of this cooked juice in each cup .
Divide the chopped fruits into 5 portions and add to the cups .
Fill 3/4 of the cups with lychee juice.
Let set for 5-7 minutes .
Meantime add sugar and 1 tbsp agar agar to the milk .
Cook stirring continuously till both sugar and agar agar dissolved and the milk has come to a boil .
Pour over the set lychee cups .
Let set for 5-7 minutes .
Place in the refrigerator to chill .
To de mould -
Gently insert 4 tooth picks on 4 different spots , exactly the height of the pan or cup .
Place a plate over the cup and flip it over .
