Kit Kat Cake
Kit Kat Cake is a cake where the cake is surrounded by a wall made from the famous brand of chocolate Kit Kat.
Ingredients
- 1 recipe chocolate cake
- ganache
- Caramel
- Kit kat
- Cake crumbs
- Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Crumble a cake which has been frosted with ganache and caramel.
- Line a cake mould with cling film let the cling film overhang.
- Fill in the crumbled cake, press well so that the cake sets in.
- Top with crumbled cake and finish with chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Next day, pull out the cake, remove the cling film.
- Using some frosting or ganache stick Kit Kat’s all the way around the cake.
- Refrigerate again for an hour, alternatively, you could tie a ribbon around the cake.
