Ladoo Besan Kaju ka

Ladoo Besan Kaju ka is a traditional Indian sweet made with Bengal gram flour and Cashews . It has a dash of cardamom which adds on to this rich and exotic sweet .

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup sugar powdered
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup cashews powdered

Instructions

  • In a thick heavy bottom pan heat ghee.
  • As the ghee begins to melt, add besan.
  • Reduce the flame and roast the besan , stirring continuously.
  • This shall take 25-30 minutes .
  • The besan should be golden brown .
  • Once done , remove in a wide plate and let it cool .
  • Add cardamom powder , sugar and cashew powder .
  • Mix everything with hands to get a homogeneous mixture .
  • Pinch out balls and roll them into ladoos . Garnish with pistachios and almonds
