Mango & Coffee Popsicles
Do you want to enjoy a duet popsicle? Here is one with a fruity mango and a coffee ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 1 cup coffee ice cream
Instructions
- Pour the mango pulp into popsicle moulds , just half way through . Freeze till sets. Enjoy .
- Freeze 50% and then insert a ice cream stick .
- Freeze again till set .
- Beat the ice cream with a fork till soft and smooth.
- Pour over frozen mango .
- Freeze till sets.
