Mango & Coffee Popsicles

Do you want to enjoy a duet popsicle? Here is one with a fruity mango and a coffee ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1 cup coffee ice cream

Instructions

  • Pour the mango pulp into popsicle moulds , just half way through . Freeze till sets. Enjoy .
  • Freeze 50% and then insert a ice cream stick .
  • Freeze again till set .
  • Beat the ice cream with a fork till soft and smooth.
  • Pour over frozen mango .
  • Freeze till sets.
