Continuing with Frozen Delights , I have yet another popsicle. This popsicle has mixed flavours . Fruit and milk . Since mango is in full season I used mango pulp , and the second layer is coffee ice cream . The twin flavours are a contrast , but this popsicle is like a duet ice cream .
I used Alphanzo mangoes as they taste the best , but feel free to use any variety . You can change the ice cream flavors , use Vanilla or chocolate , they taste awesome with mangoes Go ahead get innovative , try new flavours and enjoy the duet popsicles.

Mango and Coffee Popsicles

Ingredients

1 cup mango pulp
1 cup coffee ice cream

Method

Pour the mango pulp into popsicle moulds , just half way through .
Freeze 50% and then insert a ice cream stick .
Freeze again till set .
Beat the ice cream with a fork till soft and smooth.
Pour over frozen mango .
Freeze till sets.
Enjoy .
