Methi Aaloo Paratha with Jowar Flour
Fenugreek and Potatoes make an interesting paratha, with addition of a little millet flour.
Prep Time 25 minutes minutes Cook Time 30 minutes minutes Total Time 55 minutes minutes
- 1 recipe methi aaloo stuffing link given above
- 1/2 cup Jowar flour
Add jowar flour to the prepared Methi Aloo and bind dough.
Pinch out balls and roll them into discs.
Cook on a griddle till brown spots appear.
Flip and cook the other side too.
You could apply oil on both sides and fry the parathas to make them crisp .
I did not fry the parathas in oil.
