Methi Aaloo Paratha with Jowar Flour

Fenugreek and Potatoes make an interesting paratha, with addition of a little millet flour.

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe methi aaloo stuffing link given above
  • 1/2 cup Jowar flour

Instructions

  • Add jowar flour to the prepared Methi Aloo and bind dough.
  • Pinch out balls and roll them into discs.
  • Cook on a griddle till brown spots appear.
  • Flip and cook the other side too.
  • You could apply oil on both sides and fry the parathas to make them crisp .
  • I did not fry the parathas in oil.
