Missi Roti is a Indian flatbread from the state of Rajasthan . The bread is made from a mix of chickpea flour and wheat flour along with herbs and spices .

Ingredients
1/2cupchickpea flour
1/2cupwheat flour
1tspoil
2green chillies
1/4tspcarom seeds
leavesFew corianderchopped
Salt to taste
Instructions
Mix the flours . Add salt , carom seeds ,oil , green chillies and coriander leaves .
Mix the flour well .
Gradually adding warm water bind the dough.
Pinch out little larger than lemon sized balls and roll into a roti .
Roast on a griddle , till you see black spots on it .
