Museli Cookies

Museli gives excellent texture and crunch to these cookies , the cookies could be made vegan by substituting milk with soya or almond milk. healthy and delicious these cookies are crisp and crunchy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar powdered
  • 1/2 cup museli
  • Pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Grind the museli coarsely.
  • Combine oil, milk, vanilla essence and sugar .
  • Combine flours , baking powder and salt.
  • Mix the wet ingredients to the dry , forming a dough .
  • Divide the dough into 10-12 balls.
  • Press gently over a greased and lined baking tray .
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 deg C.
