Roast all the nuts separately either in a oven / MW or stove top .
Roast the seeds too .
Heat 2 tbsp oil and add sesame seeds,fennel seeds, coriander seeds and poppy seeds . Roast for 2-3 minutes .
Switch off the flame and add all the spices and curry leaves.
Mix well and switch on the flame .
Add the roasted nuts and seeds .
Add the cashew powder and mix well on medium flame .
Mix well till all nuts are evenly coated .
Check for spices at this point , you could adjust the seasoning as per your taste .
Remove and let cool before storing .
