Roast the coconut for 2-3 minutes on low heat .
Add the condensed milk .
Mix together and cook for 2-3 minutes , till the mixture is slightly thick .
Add the rose essence , food color and rose syrup.
Mix well till the colour is evenly distributed.
Grease your palms with ghee .
Pinch out lemon sized ball , flatten it.
Place the pistachios mix in the centre .
Bring the edges together and roll to form a ball .
Roll into desiccated coconut .
Garnish with chopped pistachios.
