SaiBhaji Tikki

The popular Sindhi Sai Bhaji has been used to make this delicious and healthy tikki. Can you believe it is made from the left over bhaji?

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ready SaiBhaji
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilly finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dry pomegranate seeds optional but recommended
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Add the SaiBhaji to a nonstick pan.
  • Cook stirring often till it is completely dry .
  • Let cool.
  • Add all ingredients and mix well .
  • Depending on the size you want to make , pinch out balls and form tikkis .
  • Roast them on a nonstick pan till crisp .
