SaiBhaji Tikki
The popular Sindhi Sai Bhaji has been used to make this delicious and healthy tikki. Can you believe it is made from the left over bhaji?
Prep Time 5 minutes minutes Cook Time 25 minutes minutes Total Time 30 minutes minutes
- 2 cups ready SaiBhaji
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilly finely chopped
- 1 tsp dry pomegranate seeds optional but recommended
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- coriander leaves
Add the SaiBhaji to a nonstick pan.
Cook stirring often till it is completely dry .
Let cool.
Add all ingredients and mix well .
Depending on the size you want to make , pinch out balls and form tikkis .
Roast them on a nonstick pan till crisp .
