Take chickpea flour in a mixing bowl .
Add salt .
Gradually add water and make a thin consistency lump free batter .
Take the bread and cut a rectangle / square leaving 1 “ on all sides . ( please refer the picture )
Heat a non stick griddle .
Drizzle some oil .
Add onions , tomatoes , capsicum, green chilly .
Sauté for a minute or two .
Add the ketchup , pizza seasoning and salt .
Divide the filling into 3 parts on the same griddle.
Place the hollow bread slices on top . ( Refer pics )
Pour some batter over this mixture which is inside this cavity.
Cover with cheese and then the bread piece that is saved from the square / rectangle that we had cut .
Drizzle little oil and flip over the pizza .
Let it toast and become slightly crisp .
Flip and serve .
