Xtremely Soft Nylon Khaman

Xtremely Soft Nylon Khaman is a lentil cake which is prepared from Talod brand, of instant mixes. It is extremely easy to prepare this Khaman.

  • Talod Instant Nylon Khaman

Instructions

  • Pour the whole flour from the Talod Nylon Khaman Instant Mix in a vessel.
  • Add 2.5 cups (360 ml.) water in it and prepare a soft paste and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  • Take the contents of the small sachet in a 75ml. of water, dissolve it well and immediately add it to the paste, while stirring the mixture constantly till a smooth batter is formed.
  • Pour the paste properly in a plate/tin brushed with cooking oil.
  • Put this plate to steam the batter on high flame for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the plate /tin and cool it for 5 minutes.
  • Now sprinkle 150 ml of water on the plate and cut it into square pieces.
  • Heat 100 gms. oil in a small vessel and add mustard seeds and green chilli and allow it to splatter.
  • Pour two cups (300 ml.) of water in it. Boil it and sprinkle it on ready khaman.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and freshly grated coconut.
