Mango ,the King of fruits is a favorite of all and in any form.A chilled mango is welcome any time of the day…..before meals..with meals and after meals…..not to miss the mid meals J. Knowing the family is fond of mangoes we always have overstock,so decided to make some fresh mango icecream….in a jiffy.The recipe is Super simple and the taste is undoubtedly awsum.Here goes the recipe………
3cups………………………mango pulp(about 8 medium sized mangoes)
1can………………………..condensed milk(400 gms)
1cup………………………..whipped cream
Make the mango pulp without adding any sugar.
You can use ready pulp too.
Add whipped cream.
Add condensed milk.(in case using ready pulp the condensed milk quantity will go down)
Whisk up everything.
Put to freeze.
Remove after 1hour add mango pieces and refreeze.
Put your freezer on quick freezing…and it will be done in about 3hours!
