BM # 52 Week 1 Day 2
Making a falafel wrap sound laborious but it is all about assembling . I find making these simple and easy on weekends. Most of the dips and sauces are either stocked in frig or easily available in the market. I have used the Moong daal batter for the falafel bullets and made this wrap on a normal chapati. My staff boy makes the chapatis but if lazy to make the chapatis too, get some ready kulchas or tortillas and assemble the falafel on it. Let me tell you the way I have assembled. This is my Day 2 post for Weekend Dinners.
