Carrot ladoos are ladoos made with carrots , coconut and khoya . The ladoos are nutritious as well as delicious and can be served at any festival or as a dessert.
After posting Bajra Ladoos and Fresh Coconut Ladoos for Day 1 and 2 for the third day under ladoos as my theme I have these super delicious carrot ladoos . I am not a great fan of carrots but I love these carrots in the form of Gajjar ka Halwa , Ubariyal Mithi Gajro or any kind of carrot sweet . For these ladoos you simply need to grate the carrots and cook them in milk , just like Gajjar ka halwa, then add sugar and coconut and your ladoos are ready . Don’t they sound simple and easy ? Go ahead and try these ladoos and I assure you you will love them .
These carrot ladoos are one of the five ladoos that I made for Ganpati Celebrations held in the complex . Well I have two more ladoos in my drafts and I am actually very thankful to my BM buddies for getting me hooked to preparing ladoos . I love to make them and try finding an occasion to make . Here are some other ladoos that are my favourite .
