With these changing times a change in our food habits is a must. Fried food is surely delicious, but the same food can be made with a better option, making it non fried.The aim of Fried to Favorite is to create fried foods into favorite..yes, where there is no guilt.
This month’s challenge is to make Cheese Cigars.I baked these instead of frying.Just greased the tray and lightly brushed these little beautys with olive oil.Coming to the recipe….

20 …………….ready wrap sheets
1 cup………. fresh cottage cheese
1tbsp………..cooking cheese
1tsp………… onion, finely chopped
2 ………………green chilly, finely chopped
Chilly flakes
Salt to taste
Corn flour glue
Crumble the cheese and mix all ingredients ., except the glue.
Mix everything very well and check on herbs and salt.
Make small rolls from this mix.
Place a sheet on the working surface.
Place the cheese roll in the centre..
Bring two sides to centre.
Start rolling starting from top and finishing at the bottom.
Seal with glue.
Grease a baking tray.
Place the prepared cigars.
Apply oil with a brush or spray oil.
Bake till golden.

I brushed these with oil, but later realized, could have done without it too.
The cottage cheese and cheese both released their own oil, so one can avoid greasing the tray as well .

Since I made mini cigars, these vanished in seconds!!…and I felt I should have made some more. They were  very light and crunchy, relished these with tomato chilly sauce.
