BM # 20 Day 2
Kids love to party and they love any kind of chips. For today , the 2nd day of BM I have made pizza chips. These are very simple and can be prepared a few days in advance too.You can serve these with cheese spread or cheese sauce or any interesting dip.You can even munch on them without any accompaniment.
what you need
Pizza base
Herbs of choice (I used sesame seeds, oregano, chilly flakes and black pepper)
Olive oil
Cut Strips from pizza base, about 1/2 ”.
Place them in a baking tray.
Sprinkle herbs and olive oil.
Bake at 350deg for 7-8 minutes or until golden.
I had some bread crusts , which were left after making sandwiches .I baked these too in the similar manner and served them with Pumpkin Hummus.
