BM # 12   Day 6
Since a long time I had been wanting to try Paneer steak  and Paneer pie but wonder why kept post poning them. With paneer theme I had my chance to try both the recipes.I was not sure how the steak would turn out as I was using all fusion flavors to marinade…….Paneer Pie would naturally turn out great, nothing risky!!well….it went vice versa!!,,,the steak turned out super hit!!…and the pie just average…so I was told not to post that pie.(actually it was’nt that bad!!)..My son said,” Ma you need to make the perfect one and then post.” He is such a critic, when it comes to food, since he himself is a wonderful cook .Anyway, so here is the steak  served with sauted peppers which was relished by all .
