BM # 52   Week 1   Day 3
My hubby is a hard core fan of South Indian cuisine and specially Dosas. Normally I make masala dosas and the masala is that of potatoes , but sometimes I find that very boring and prefer a Spring Dosa. Spring Dosas are very popular in Mumbai and it has a delicious stuffing. The stuffing includes, shredded cabbage, carrot , capsicum and coconut. The spices are moderate and somehow this is light on the tummy too.

I made this Dosa along with some Sambar and two delicious chutneys. The chutney recipes were given by our dear friend Padma , which will come up soon. This is my post under weekend dinner for Day 3 , BM # 52.

Spring Dosa

  1. I have never heard about these dosas or this stuffing being used in a dosa recipe. Or for that matter I haven't tasted so many versions that seem to have become popular in India in the recent times like the cheese dosas and others.
Your dosas must be yummy with all those side dishes.
