Thai Cuisine has amazing flavours and I have been posting Thai recipes under Oceanic Cuisine for the third week of BM 78 . I began with Cucumber Salad , next were Sweet Potato Cakes , which I served with a tangy and sweet dip .
The dip reminds me of the sweet tamarind chutney I make with a slight variation , but I have to admit that this dip has fantastic flavours , I simply couldn’t stop licking ! In fact I could even have spoonfuls . But wait, I promised you the dip recipe , so here it is , before I finish it off .
