Fresh Coconut Ladoos are a Indian sweet made with fresh coconut and cream . The ladoos are delicate, soft and melt in the mouth kinds and make a perfect sweet at any festival .
I am not a very active person when it comes to socialising in the complex we live in , but during Ganesh Chaturthi we were allotted duties block wise . Since it was a duty , I participated religiously and during those days made ladoos everyday . The festival was celebrated for five days , on the first day I made 111 Fruit and Nut ladoos, which have become our signature ones . The rest of the days I made 11 ladoos for the prasad. Everyday it was a new ladoo and friends in the complex waited to see the new creation.
Coconut based sweets have always been my weakness and I have many ladoos with coconut . The fresh coconut imparts a very delicious flavor and a Ladoo with them is simple to prepare besides being very very delicious . These fresh coconut ladoos are my Day 2 post under the theme ladoos for BM # 86.

Here are some more coconut based ladoos
