Eggless Whole Wheat Banana and Walnut Cake is a flavorful , healthy cake made with ripe bananas and whole wheat flour . I have used walnuts for that crunch but you could add chocolate chips or raisins or even banana slices .
The cake is a complete treat and perfect for your morning breakfast or with a cup of evening coffee . The recipe uses organic flour and brown sugar . The cake is fluffy, moist, infused with sweet banana flavor, and loved by toddlers and adults .
Even if you are not a great fan of bananas , seriously you will love this one . It has real earthy flavours . You could substitute the brown sugar with honey or jaggery too . I took this cake for a friend who doesn’t bake but loves such healthy bakes . She simply loved it and so shall you .
The Whole Wheat Banana and Walnut cake is my Day 2 post for Bakeathon .So , should we check the recipe ?
