Stuffed Garlic Bread

Stuffed Garlic Bread is Domino’s style bread which is a favourite among the kids as well as the adults. The Bread is super delicious with stretchy cheese and herbs.

With December we begin with our annual Bakeathon event, where we post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The event is at Valli’s and you can read more on it here. Nothing has been specially baked for this event, all posts are from my drafts.

It has been a while since we had outside food. Due to COVID, we are avoiding outside food, as a result, most of the cooking is done at home. As for me, I just miss the roadside Golgappas. For Juhi, it is a long list of the food that she is missing and one of them is this Stuffed Garlic Bread that she used to order from Domino’s.

So one fine day she decided to bake it herself, I was nowhere around her. Our life has changed as she has WFH and hardly gets time to sit around with the family. As a result when she has some free time, which is always on odd hours, either I am resting or with Moh, my little grandson.

Anyways while she baked this bread it filled the house with a wonderful aroma, it was this aroma that brought me straight to the kitchen. The bread was a treat by itself with cheese, garlic and the mild zing of jalapeños. The crust well seasoned with Italian herbs, and a cheesy stuffing. One really doesn’t need any accompaniments, but if you wish you could serve it with some ketchup or Mayo. We enjoyed the bread as a late afternoon snack, but it could very well be served for a high tea or anytime you have a garlicky cheesy craving.
