With peak summers one must incorporate lemon juice in daily diet . Now one definitely gets sick of the same Lemonade everyday , so here is a Litchi and Strawberry Lemonade which shall refresh you in this heat . Even otherwise it is an excellent mocktail which can be served for dinners and parties .

At present Litchi is in season so one can use fresh Litchi juice , but when not in season use the tetra pack . I have used fresh Litchi and frozen strawberries .

Litchi and Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients

15 – 20 litchi , pitted

1/4 cup strawberry

400 ml water

2 tbsp sugar syrup

2 tbsp lemon juice

Method

Combine litchi , strawberry and a couple of ice cubes in a blender, pulse till well blended .

Add sugar syrup , lemon juice and water , blend again or just mix .

Serve chilled.

Litchi and strawberry with some sugar and lemon, turn this into a exotic cooler.

1/4 cup strawberry puree
2 tbsp Sugar syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice

few ice cubes
